Newcastle Quay is Newcastle's most significant development, a landmark mixed-use master plan that will fundamentally reshape the city's identity and its relationship with the waterfront. Our team secured the project through a competitive bid with Doma Group, and we are now deeply embedded across Stage One design and Master Plan, working alongside SJB, Stewart Architecture and a world-class project team to turn ambition into built reality.

From the outset, the goal has been to deliver more than a precinct. To create a genuine urban destination where commerce, hospitality, community and culture converge. The ground plane sits at the heart of this vision: a layered, activated public realm designed to be the most compelling of its kind delivered in the region. Anchored by landmark mixed-use towers and animated by retail, food and beverage, and civic space, Newcastle Quay is conceived as a place that belongs to Newcastle, one that draws people in and gives them reason to return.

At $1.6 billion in development value, the scale of the project matches the scale of the opportunity. We are working across Master Planning and Stage One Design to ensure the retail strategy is embedded from the ground up, shaping not just what is built, but how it performs and feels for the people who will use it every day.
