100 Mount Street is a landmark commercial tower in the heart of North Sydney, developed by Dexus in collaboration with Laing O’Rourke and designed by Architectus with SOM. The premium workplace tower helped lift the quality of North Sydney’s commercial core, pairing a highly refined architectural expression with a more generous and social ground floor.

Working alongside Architectus and SOM, Retail Strategy Group developed the retail vision and master planning for the base of the tower. The focus was on creating a hospitality experience that could support the working population through the day while giving the building a stronger relationship with the street and the wider North Sydney community.

The result is home to some of North Sydney’s best hospitality, including Glorietta, Kingswood Coffee and other operators that bring warmth, rhythm and energy to the precinct. From morning coffee through to long lunches, after work drinks and evening dining, the retail has helped make 100 Mount Street feel like more than a workplace address. It has become part of the everyday life of North Sydney.
