Chatswood Golf Club has been reimagined as a contemporary four level club precinct that brings hospitality, recreation and wellness together within one of Sydney’s most established suburban communities. Delivered by Watermark and located within the Chatswood Golf Course, the redevelopment transforms the traditional club model into a modern lifestyle destination designed to serve both members and the surrounding community.
The new facility introduces a layered hospitality and leisure experience across multiple levels, with an Italian restaurant Dodici, an all day café and a suite of wellness and fitness facilities connected to the outdoor pool and golf course setting. Together these elements establish the club as a vibrant social hub that extends beyond traditional golf operations to support everyday recreation, dining and community gathering.
Working with Watermark Living and Chatswood Golf Club, we supported the delivery of the precinct by identifying and securing hospitality and fitness partners to activate the new club environment. The result is a cohesive hospitality and wellness offering that complements the golf course setting while creating a lively neighbourhood destination for the Chatswood community.
